(a) Found out about Goel-Ganga Group from the internet while searching for builders in Pune coming up with new residential project, I short listed Ganga Sparsh keeping in view the location.

(b) Within a week we drove down from Mumbai to do house hunting at Pune with the list of short listed projects. We had two days for the same. After having gone through with almost all the projects less Ganga Sparsh. We were quite disheartened as we could not find a perfect combination of surroundings, proximity to essential services like Railway station, Airport, etc. quality and the cost factor.

(c) Disheartened we started back towards Mumbai then all of a sudden a brainwave came why not try out Ganga Sparsh on our way back and we just moved for this project. Believe me on reaching the front office the warmth with which we were received by Mr Nilesh and Co really touched our heart and some where the mind said this is place. The quality of work in the sample flat shown was outstanding. Before I go any further I must tell you the location, it is in Undri barely 8-10 mins from NIBM. It is beautifully located with lot of open space. It is ideally located as Bishop School is barely 200-300 meters from the Ganga Sparsh project.

(d) Cost wise the pricing is really reasonable and fitted in our budget.  The exit route to Mumbai Express way via katraj is barely 10-15 mins we found it to be an ideal location and a perfect project meeting all our aspirations as a family.
