Q.2 What is this EMI? How we have calculated?
Ans. EMI is Equated Monthly Installment against
the loan. We have assumed 80% of the basic cost
as the loan amount, 20 years as tenure & the
current SBI interest of 8%.
Q.3 Will 8%interest rate is fixed for 20
years?
Ans. 8% is a floating interest rate & not fixed.
Interest rate can fluctuate depending on market
situation, repo rate & reverse Repo rate
Q.4 What price should I buy property?
Ans: You should buy at very realistic price with
proper value proposition.
Q.5 How can I safe guard my interest if
investing today?
Ans: Client is buying because; he wants to
create an asset for himself & the client should
