Q.1 Where is the exact location of your projects?
Ans. Provided the location detail as per the project.

Q.2 What is this EMI? How we have calculated?
Ans. EMI is Equated Monthly Installment against the loan. We have assumed 80% of the basic cost as the loan amount, 20 years as tenure & the current SBI interest of 8%.

Q.3 Will 8%interest rate is fixed for 20 years?
Ans. 8% is a floating interest rate & not fixed. Interest rate can fluctuate depending on market situation, repo rate & reverse Repo rate

Q.4 What price should I buy property?
Ans: You should buy at very realistic price with proper value proposition.

Q.5 How can I safe guard my interest if investing today?
Ans: Client is buying because; he wants to create an asset for himself & the client should be evaluating to safe guard on three parameters viz:
a. Project Specification
b. Builder Brand Equity
c. Location Equity

Q.6 What is the return expected from investing today?
Ans: This is not a financial equity like Mutual Funds / Shares / FD. You are buying property as a long term asset & as a Home. Please calculate your real estate returns only when you decide to sell. Selling will happen only after you take the delivery.

Q.7 Your rates are much higher as compare to the market, why?
