Qualification: B.E.Civil / Diploma Civil Engg.
Experience: 5 to 10 years in Real Estate Construction upto
Possession.

Graduates with 3-5 yrs of experience in direct marketing & team
leading with successful track record of sales achievements.
Experience in real estate would be an added advantage. The job
profile includes leading the team of Sales Executives & converting
enquiries into Sales as per target.
• Sales Executives
Graduates with 1-2 Years of experience of direct sales of any
product. Experience in Real Estate desirable but not essential.
• Marketing Executives
Graduates with 6-12 months of experience. Preferably in a call
centre / event management company. Job profile includes capturing of
telephonic/ portal & other enquiries, managing the data & follow up
with customers. To handle exhibition, events & to give presentation
to customers. Good communication skills required.
• Estate Manager
Graduates with 4-5 yrs of experience in administration, liaison &
maintenance. Job profile includes maintenance, administration &
general upkeep of property & liaison with external agencies & m HR
Manager Graduatewith5-7yrs of relevant HR experience.
